Description of equipment technical parameters:

The machine realizes the automatic assembly of water pipe, screw joint, sealing gasket, straight head, elbow, metal fastening sleeve, automatic quality monitoring and testing, automatic elimination of defective products, and automatic production.

1. Joint assembly machine

1.1 combined with the rotary table conveying workpiece, the workpiece is transported to different stations for sectional assembly. The automatic assembly of straight head, sealing ring, tooth cover, elbow / tooth cover and sealing ring is completed by using the automatic expansion system of O-ring manipulator and multi group automatic positioner of Taiwan Yadeke, and then transported to the waiting station for linear assembly.

1.2 through the Panasonic color recognition laser induction system, it can meet the requirements of automatic assembly of straight / curved joint and sealing ring stably and efficiently.

1.3 the equipment can realize the automatic assembly of water inlet pipe joint, O-ring and tooth cover of washing machine.

1.4 the CCD image system is installed to test whether the joint is loaded with sealing ring, whether the elbow is blocked, automatically identify the appearance of the dental cap, the integrity of the joint, and automatically remove the defective products to the scrap area.

2. Linear main assembly line

2.1. The workers manually place the water pipe to the first position of the linear assembly machine to complete the pipe positioning. It is placed in the fixture of the equipment and transported by the machine to the second station for nozzle heating.

2.2. The vibrating plate will feed the aluminum cover to the assembly track, place it into the pipe orifice through the pneumatic manipulator, and then position and assemble the aluminum cover one by one.

2.3. Transfer the bent joint to the upper part of the water pipe by the manipulator, and press the bent joint down into the water pipe by using the high-frequency vibration stamping device; rivet and press tightly.

2.4. Assemble the direct head, implant it into the bottom of the other end of the water pipe by using the high-frequency vibration punching device, and rivet it.

2.5 the product is cut, and the product is grabbed by another group of manipulator and put into the test station to eliminate the defective products.

3. Finished product testing machine

Whether the product is qualified or not can be judged by pressurization test under simulated use scenarios. Generally, the test device operates at 6 bar (maximum adjustable 20 bar) test pressure, and the test duration can be adjusted (3-20 seconds), automatically sorting waste products and qualified products. The qualified products are placed in the qualified products area.

4. Additional:

At the end of the test, a counting manipulator is set to grab the conveyor and automatically point 20 pieces in a pile. The conveyor is equipped with a servo drive mechanism, which can set the transfer distance, and the enough number can be automatically transferred to the rear station for packaging in the next process (conveyor: 1m wide x 3m x 0.6m)

5. Add a visual inspection function of bend joint buckle to automatically detect and eliminate the products with damaged buckle function.
