Product use:

Square bottle labeling machine is suitable for labeling regular square or flat products in daily chemical, food, medicine and other industries. One label can be pasted for one week, or two labels can be pasted before and after.

Equipment performance characteristics:

1. The machine body is made of 304 stainless steel, aluminum alloy by smooth chamfering and anodizing, engineering plastics (chain plate), etc., which meets the requirements of GMP.

2. The machine can be controlled by the computer for single-sided or double-sided labeling or one label for one week; the labeling head can be adjusted in 8-dimensional space (e.g. the x-y-z + tilt of the picture structure can be adjusted), and the labeling angle can be adjusted at will to adapt to different labeling surfaces. PLC with large-scale man-machine interface control, with automatic learning label length, can adapt to different labels, easy to operate and adjust.

3. Multi group labeling parameter memory, which can quickly replace the product.

4. The conveyor and pressing mechanism all use the same power source. They are driven by high-quality AC motor. The touch screen controls frequency conversion speed regulation. The power of bottle dividing mechanism and correction mechanism is driven by stepless speed regulation motor. The speed can be adjusted independently to ensure the stability of labeling.

5. The label scraping mechanism of the machine adopts the combination of sponge spring and steel plate, and the brush. The label pressing mechanism adopts the combined unpowered sponge roller to ensure that there is no bubble in the label. It can be quickly disassembled to adapt to different sizes of labels.

6. The mechanical structure of the whole machine adopts reinforced rigid design, which is simple and stable.
