The operation interfaces of blow molding machines made by different manufacturers are different at different levels. 1. Personnel without professional training are not allowed to operate the blow molding machine.

2. Ensure that the machine is grounded to zero before starting to avoid the occurrence of unsafe accidents caused by leakage.

3. Before heating, the blow molding machine should carefully check whether the cooling water of each part is connected.

4. Before the operation of the automatic blow molding machine, raise the machine to a proper position to ensure that the head and the template do not collide, so as to avoid damage to the equipment.

5. The pressure of the machine system has been set before leaving the factory. It can't be adjusted without special circumstances to avoid the damage of the hydraulic system caused by too high or too low pressure or affect the normal operation of the machine.

6. It is strictly forbidden for workers to feed on the machine to avoid electric shock, scald and falling from height. (the machine shall be equipped with automatic feeding device).

7. When the blow molding machine moves the mold to open and close the mold, the operator is not allowed to enter the safety door area to avoid being pinched or bumped.

8. During the normal operation of the automatic blow molding machine, do not use your hand to break the extruding billet, so as to avoid being scalded by high temperature material and electric cutter or being pinched by the mold.

9. When adjusting the photoelectric switch of mode shifting and mode closing, the main oil pump must be turned off to avoid unsafe accidents.

10. In case of emergency, quickly press the red emergency stop button to prevent accidents.
